Seller Tools Terms

1. Purpose and independence

MTG Command Center provides tools for graphical presentation, organization, card lookup, and seller promotion of trading card game products. We are not a selling platform, a party to your transactions, or affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by any selling platform.

2. Your choice and responsibilities

Use is voluntary. You choose the information you enter, save, display, export, or submit for publication. You are responsible for your listings, product descriptions, authenticity, condition, prices, ownership, intellectual-property permissions, customer communications, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws and selling-platform rules. Verify information before using it in a sale.

3. Information and privacy

You acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy. Saved seller profiles, submitted promotions, account information, and technical records are processed as described there to provide and protect the service. Acceptance does not authorize unrelated marketing, sale of your personal information, or publication of private collection data. Public profiles, promotions, and displays use information you choose to submit for those purposes. Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

4. Estimates and technical limitations

Prices, card identification, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. They are not guaranteed sale prices or legal, tax, or financial advice. Graphics, separate display windows, and TV or monitor output may be restricted on mobile devices or by browsers. Keep independent records and check all outputs.

5. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, seller tools are provided as available and as is, without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This clause does not exclude warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Responsibility and limitation of liability

You remain responsible for your selling activity and decisions made using the tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MTG Command Center and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of or inability to use seller tools. We do not assume your obligations to buyers or selling platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. These terms do not grant blanket immunity from legal responsibility.

7. Acceptance and changes

Before using seller tools, you must affirmatively acknowledge the Privacy Policy and agree to these terms. We record your account, the accepted document versions, and the acceptance time. Material updates require renewed acceptance. You may decline and continue using other Command Center features. Accept only if you have legal capacity to agree, or your legally authorized representative can validly accept for you.
